Disc 2 (Purple Disc) is a limited edition DVD of a live performance at the Paradiso Amsterdam, 12th July 2006.  Recorded and produced by Fabchannel.com.  It also includes the three videos from this album.

The booklet was printed incorrectly for the first print run of this CD.  The page order should be the same as for the all other releases of this album, but here the page order is 1, 2, 5, 6, 3, 4, 7.  Subsequent runs fixed this mistake.

The UK and the Dutch versions were meant to be identical in every way, yet the Dutch release still had the old cover image - another printing error.
