Release is packaged in a clear WB logo branded jewel case with a clear disc tray. This first pressing includes a 10-page color insert with lyrics and a black "Shove It" sticker on the cover; later pressings had a black & white booklet with a different hype sticker.

Track 10.2 is an unlisted song (answering machine recording) starting around 19:31. Track 10.3 is an unlisted song starting around 32:35. Total track 10 time: 37:19.
